Disbursement

• As soon as your jewels arrive they are evaluated by our experience Appraisers.
   
• We immediately inform you of the retail price .(This is very informative for you, even more so if you have not bought the jewels themselves).
   
• After mutual agreement the amount agreed is transferred within 24 hours our bank to your bank. If your bank data has not been filled in correctly then after one working day a bankers cheque will be sent to your adress.
   
• If you do not agree on the postulated amount then your jewels are simply returned to you without any mutually obligation. 

Personal information:

• Gold-50 B.V.B.A. will under no circumstances pass your personal information to third parties.
• Information such as: name, address, e-mail address, and phone number) are kept by means of private files, secured web servers and internal systems.
• This information is, however, used to offer better service to you.
• Under no circumstance we will let or negociate to sell whole or parts of your information and e-mail address to third parties.

• Each customer who uses our purchase service must be 18 years old.
• Also he/she must be the legitimate owner of goods sent with an intent to sale to Gold-50.
• Each customer whom uses our service can be no agent or other representative of another person .

• Question: Am I oblige your accept offer?
• Answer: No, we purchase your goods subject to purchaser and salesman agreeing with the purchase amount
• Question: Which types of gold, zilver or platinum jewels you accept ?
• Answer: We accept all jewels and precious metals. We buy jewelry both in gold, platinum, zilver and gold plated, we guarantee disbursement within 24 hours. If diamond or other gems are processed in your jewels they are individually taxed and added to the retail price.
• Question: Are my Shipping package free?
• Answer: The shipping package is free and without any obligation you decide yourself if and when you send your jewels.
• Question: I have a large quantity of jewelry and do i need extra security when sending. Can i send with my own parcel or is it necessary for you to send me one?
• Answer: Your standard gold parcel contains very firm bubbleenvelop. Normally this should be enough if you have larger quantities contact us for information and or extra Packages.
• Question: How do i know when my gold parcel has arrived?
• Answer: After maximum 3 working days (as long as approximately the travel time of the parcel is) you can contact our customer service by means of tel. + 32(0)3.237.48.54 or e-mail gold50@telenet.be . Our employees help you gladly further and keep you informed of the status of your parcel.

• Answer: Our prices depend on the market prices and also of the weight and the alloy of your gold.
• Question: Can I use my own pakketje?
